如何启用Outlook规则向外网转发邮件

我想使用Outlook的规则功能，将一些特定发件人的邮件转发到我的私人邮箱。目前看起来Exchange是默认把这个功能给关闭了。请问如何打开这个功能。即，将特定用户邮箱的指定发件人邮件转发到外部域名。
