exchange 2010 控制台无法打开，提示初始化失败

因为本人将IIs7中默认网站误删除后，exchange控制台打开提示错误：（系统是win2008 R2+exhange2010）

尝试连接到指定的Exchange 服务器 “exchange.a.com" 时出现以下错误：

尝试使用“Kerberos”身份验证连接到“http://exchange.a.com/PowerShell “失败：连接到远程服务器失败，错误消息如下：WinRm 客户端无法处理该请求。它无法确定从目标计算机得到HTTP 响应的内容类型。内容类型缺少或无效。有关详细信息，请参阅 about_Remote_Troubleshooting 帮助主题

启动exchange management shell 后 提示错误：

Failde to connect to an Exchange server in the current site.

Enter the server FQDN where you want to connect.:

公司邮件接收正常，我重新卸载和安装过II7，重新做了默认网站。网站物理地址指向exchange server\ClientAccess 不知道对不对。
