使用Get-ServerComponentState命令查看，状态InActive
Get-ServerComponentState<ServerName> | ft Component,State -Autosize
使用脱离维护模式命令执行完后没有任何报错，但是状态依然为inactive
Set-ServerComponentState <ServerName> -Component ServerWideOffline -State Active -Requester Maintenance
